What time should students arrive?
Students may be dropped off 20 minutes before Contact Time begins (7:40 am for the AM session; 11:40 am for the PM session). Students must be picked up 20 minutes after Contact Time ends (12:20 pm for the AM session; 4:20 pm for the PM session).
Will lunch be provided?
SEA will provide a 'snack-only' concession area run by students. There will be pre-packaged drinks and snacks available for purchase. Families can certainly provide their students with their own snacks and food for their 'snack break' during their program.
Do students get breaks?
SEA will have access to outdoor and gym spaces to provide movement break areas for the programs that request them.
Transportation

Parents, guardians, and family members will be responsible for transporting students to and from the 24’ SEA site at Hill Murray School in Maplewood. Currently, there are no plans to offer transportation to and from SEA in 2024. If this presents a concern, please inform us to assess its significance for future consideration. Families interested in organizing transportation pools are welcome, and we are open to facilitating connections among groups to streamline transportation.
